Our patrol division just responded to a reported burglary in progress at the old Exxon station in the 6000 block of South IH 45 E Angus. Deputies arriving at the location supported by local DPS units observed a broken window and a male subject inside the store. The suspect was arrested at the scene for criminal trespass and criminal mischief, and transported to the Navarro County Justice Center.
