Guilty Verdict Reached Today on Narcotics Case

Michael Dwight Ward was sentenced today in the 13th Judicial District Court of Navarro County to 54 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice on each of two counts of manufacturer/delivery of controlled substance over 4 under 200 grams. N.C.S.O narcotic detectives arrested Ward on March 19, 2015, seizing cash, approximately 6 ounces of cocaine, and approximately 3.25 ounces of PCP in Corsicana. Navarro County First Assistant D.A. Will Thompson, along with A.D.A. Andrew Wolf, successfully prosecuted the case. Thank you to the officers, prosecutors and the jury of Navarro County citizens who delivered the guilty verdicts in this case.
