An arrest for cruelty to livestock animals has been made today on the recent animal cruelty case of abused horses on NW 4010 near Blooming Grove.

Navarro County Sheriffs Deputies executed an animal seizure warrant today on NW 4010 near Blooming Grove. Deputies seized 5 horses and 1 sheep at the location. Two deceased horses were also located at the scene. These animals were found without food or water. The NCSO transported water to the scene before the animals were removed from the location. This case is under investigation for cruelty to animals.
