Congratulations to Chief Deputy Morris Steward on his retirement from the NCSO. Chief Deputy Steward proudly served the citizens of Navarro County in his various law enforcement capacities for over 35 years. Known as a leader, friend, professional and man of integrity his knowledge and experience will be sorely missed.
