NCSO Promotes Lieutenant Kevin Scott to Captain of Criminal Investigation Division

Congratulations to Lieutenant Kevin Scott on his promotion to Captain of the NCSO Criminal Investigation Division.

Captain Scott has over 23 years of combined law enforcement experience. He previously worked in corrections and patrol for the Ellis County Sheriff's Office before joining the NCSO where he has worked in patrol and criminal investigations.
