We want to say Congratulations to Criminal Investigation Division Sergeant Randy Clay on his retirement from the NCSO.

Sergeant Clay proudly served the citizens of Navarro County in various law enforcement capacities for over 35 years. Sergeant Clay worked in corrections, patrol, narcotics and in the criminal investigation dividion during his tenure with the agency and his experience will be sorely missed.

We wish you all the best and thank you for all you have done during your long career serving the citizens of Navarro County. Enjoy your well earned retirement.
